East Tennessee’s chocolate lovers indulged in Chocolate Fest, presented by Nephrology Consultants, on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at Knoxville Center Mall from 10am to 3pm. This annual event benefits the National Kidney Foundation of East Tennessee, which reaches out to kidney patients and their families in 34 counties.

Chocolate Fest, presented by Nephrology Consultants, is a family-friendly event that is sure to please!

• Sweet treats are offered by more than 20 local chocolatiers, specialty shops, bakeries and restaurants. Chocolate fountains, chocolate-dipped fruit, truffles … Experience chocolate in every delicious form!

• Children’s activities include arts and crafts, games, snacks, and a non-stop airing of the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

• An extensive silent auction features entertainment packages, spa outings, home furnishings, art and more.

• Live entertainment is performed throughout the day by choirs, jazz bands, quartets and more!

Guests may purchase general admission tickets in advance or at the door. Chocolate Fest Café tickets may also be purchased in advance or at the door. Café tickets allow ticket holders to avoid the lines; they can sit back, relax and enjoy the live entertainment while chocolate and coffee is served to them by a cheerful wait staff.
