This program is a series of discussion groups for transplant recipients over the age of 12 and their families. It will be facilitated by a transplant social worker and have a transplant recipient as a co-facilitator.

This is a transplant-specific support group to help foster conversation, education, friendship and support from transplant recipients in East Tennessee.

The meetings will be held the SECOND THURSDAY OF THE MONTH at 6:00pm at the National Kidney Foundation of East Tennessee office (4450 Walker Boulevard, Suite 2- Knoxville, TN).

Dinner will be provided.
