Important! Before ordering any brochures, please read the information below!
We are now offering people across the East Tennessee service area direct, no-cost access to our library of brochures. If your zip code begins with a 37, you most likely live inside of East Tennessee; if your zip code does not begin with a 37, then you most likely live outside of East Tennessee. Click here to see if your county is in our service area. If you live outside East Tennessee, you can call 1-800-622-9010 for help ordering National Kidney Foundation brochures. If you provide a mailing address that is outside Tennessee, we will not be able to send you the information.
 The brochures that we currently have available are listed in the light blue tables below. Most are brochures, pamphlets and fact sheets, but there are also some bumper stickers, bookmarks, and even some kid's games! If you would like to obtain a copy, simply check the checkbox to the left of its title, and fill-in the requested information at the bottom of this form then submit it . We will mail them to folks in East Tennessee at no cost, even covering postage!

The brochures listed below with a pdf image to the right of the title have a pdf version accessible from this site; just click the pdf image to access that brochure. We only have a few brochures in pdf right now, but will be adding more brochures in pdf soon, so check back with us! Please note the brochure size! A 3MB file, on average, takes approximately 7 minutes to download on a 56k connection, barring Internet "traffic."
