We are now offering people across the East Tennessee service area direct, no-cost access to our library of brochures. If your zip code begins with a 37, you most likely live inside of East Tennessee; if your zip code does not begin with a 37, then you most likely live outside of East Tennessee. Click here to see if your county is in our service area. If you live outside East Tennessee, you can call 1-800-622-9010 for help ordering National Kidney Foundation brochures. If you provide a mailing address that is outside Tennessee, we will not be able to send you the information.

Booklets and BrochuresThe brochures that we currently have available are listed in the light blue tables below. Most are brochures, pamphlets and fact sheets, but there are also some bumper stickers, bookmarks, and even some kid's games! If you would like to obtain a copy, simply check the checkbox to the left of its title, and fill-in the requested information at the bottom of this form then submit it . We will mail them to folks in East Tennessee at no cost, even covering postage!
